CDC Weekly US Map Download?

The CDC has a very nice application to display the information associated with the Weekly Flu report at the following URL:
http://www.cdc.gov/flu/weekly/WeeklyFluActivityMap.htm
Is there a way to get a copy of the map file (perhaps a shapefile?) which the Flash movie uses to color the various US states and territories?

    Good evening adamaustin,
    Thank you for  your interest in the Flu App Challenge.  We are reviewing the code for this Flash application to determine if no commercial products were used and we are able to release the code.  It is Flash objects and ActionScript and does not use shapefiles or mapping APIs.
    We will update you soon when the code is available or a determination is made.
