Influenza Datasets

Hi Fred & Angie,
We are working on a submission that will visualize influenza data geospatially.  I see a dataset about vaccination coverage estimates per age group per state for August through November of last year . 
We think it would be really interesting to combine this with a dataset of actual influenza occurences for the same time period.  Do you know about a dataset for a state that shows estimates of how many people were actually sick in those months?
Do you know if larger more detailed datasets available that show vaccination and sickness per county, city, precint, clinic, hospital?  We are not worried if it includes a few million records.
