Changing number of submissions

Hi Folks: Just a quick note to mention that the number of submissions is changing a little bit (it just went up from 94 to 96, for example). This is because as we review submissions, some are qualified and some are disqualified, mostly due to whether or not they incorporate one of the CDC datasets as specified in the rules. The numbers aren't changing because people are submitting late. There may be a few more minor changes in the submissions number over the next few days.
