CDC API/Feed Downtime Impact on Judging

The CDC feeds and API have intermittently gone down during the judging periods.
Hopefully the judges will be mindful of this when theyu are judging the applications for functionality. Currently, all feeds and API calls are failing for CDC dynamic content. Of course, this makes the applications "seem" broken.

  Good afternoon,
  Thanks for your message.  We are aware of the situation (we just had a hardware failure and it is belive fixed).  This will not impact judging.

  My apologies all.  Been a hectic day.  The feeds were restored about 7 hours ago.
