Regarding updating application during judging period?

Is updating the application on publisher website ( such as Apple App Store or Android Market) allowed during the application judging period?

    Hi -
    Edits or updates to entires are not allowed during the judging period. Judges need to be reviewing your application as it was when the judging period began on May 28.
